The Gourmet Cyclist - student project
This website was designed and created for the Alpine council to promote their cycling tours. Visitors have the opportunity to cycle through the quiet (and flat) country lanes, visiting local producers and sampling their gourmet offerings.
The site was designed as a home page and one content page featuring one of the towns along the journey. The idea is to expand the site as more towns come on board.
Handcoded, this site used the Skeleton framework and JavaScript to include a header and footer. JavaScript was used for the includes to keep within the remit of the brief (ie no back end coding). The video assets were provided.
